Bridging loans can be arranged on residential properties (where the property is your main residence), against either a first or second charge. Funds can be raised for any purpose and generally funding can be obtained within seven working days. Funding of up to 70% of the market value of the property can be obtained (Up to 100% with additional security).
Secured loans can be arranged against a second charge on residential (where the property is your main residence). This option may be preferable if funds are required to be raised against a property and there are redemption penalties payable, making a re-mortgage unattractive.
BA Financial Management is a correspondent lender. This means that we can make in house decisions on behalf of the lender to get the funding approved.
